Earthwear was established in 2011 as a womenswear brand dedicated to the revival of India's rich, textile craftsmanship. Born out of a passion for handcrafting and a deep respect for artisanal skills, Earthwear is a fusion of heritage and artistry. Our collection showcases the expertise of rural artisans who specialize in hand techniques like ‘kantha’ embroidery, block printing, hand-weaving, Ikkat, ‘shibori’ and ‘jamdani’ weaving. These techniques infuse each garment with a distinct rustic charm, making them a unique work of art.

Our designs reflect the multifaceted nature of the Indian woman—elegant yet bold, timeless yet contemporary, and hence are perfect for the modern Indian woman for workwear, day wear, casual wear and eveningwear. Our products include women’s kurtas, kurta sets, sarees, dresses, co-ords, tunics, tops, stoles and dupattas. The clothing is very attractively priced- ranging from Rs 1500 onwards, keeping in tune with Earthwear’s commitment to affordability.

Following the success of its first store, Earthwear expanded to 3 stores in KOLKATA to meet the growing demand and its own e-commerce store to expand its reach to other cities all across India. Today, the brand boasts a strong presence across Kolkata, with three stores strategically located in the city.
